1 WordPress Developer
Job Overview
As a Web Developer at Cybergys, you’ll be a key player in transforming ideas into visually stunning and functionally superior web experiences. You will be responsible for developing customized websites as per the client’s requirements. Knowledge of JavaScript is preferred.Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata.
Full-time, Permanent.
Day Shift (Monday-Friday).
Junior, Mid-level, and Senior-level.
Salary as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Competent in the areas described above and should be able to lead any web development/software development project independently.
- Should be a 100% team player.
- Should be sincere, dedicated & hardworking.
- Should be able to learn quickly with a strong devotion.
- Should be able to meet aggressive deadlines without excuse.
- Should be open and compatible with the work culture of the IT industry.

Job Overview
As an Associate (Chat/Email), an associate’s primary task is to handle customer or client queries and provide them with a solution. Must be very effective in providing customer service mainly via chat process by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata.
Full-time, Permanent.
Night Shift (5 days a week).
1 year or above. Hiring freshers as well.
Salary as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Candidate must be- Able to understand the English language completely and grasp the project work quickly.
- Able to understand the training provided by the team manager
- Able to learn quickly with intense devotion.
- A 100% team person and cooperative with teammates.
- Sincere, dedicated, hardworking & Detail Oriented.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Open and compatible with the work culture of the BPO industry.
- Able to do the Night Shift.
Key Skills
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Usage knowledge of Microsoft Office (Basic Word, Excel).
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Qualification: minimum 10+
- Preferred: eCommerce background is a plus with knowledge about Returns, Refunds, RMAs, and so on.
